Join us for a free workshop 'Creative Minds, Healthy Lives' and explore wellbeing stalls at this free community event in Bundaberg.

Wed 15 October, 2025 @ Bridges Health and Community Centre

Aimee Davies from The Hey Mate Project will present Creative Minds, Healthy Lives, focussing on practical tools to support mental health and wellbeing in creative and community settings.

Key themes will include creative burnout, stress management, resilience, community care and understanding mental health in everyday life.

'UnleaSHEd' was created in connection to our theatre production SHE (See us, Hear us, Engage with us), which explores themes of women and mental health. This community event is designed to promote awareness of local mental health organisations, disability and community services.

Pop into Wendi's Wandering Workshops for interactive activities and visit Kobi Pollock's stall to collect her free ebook Energise You: A Workbook for the Woman Who Holds It All.

Explore a variety of support services at information stalls including:  Bridges Health and Community Care, Mind-Life, Bridgeworx, Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service, Wide Bay Sexual Health Unit,  Aboriginal &/- Torres Strait Islander Health Services Unit (Wide Bay Hospital and Health Services), Impact Community Services and Breastscreen Queensland to complete your afternoon.
