Guest speakers from The Hey Mate Project and the Get Real podcast will explore how to harness the power of your mind, change a negative mindset and boost focus and wellbeing.
Aimee Davies from The Hey Mate Project will present Creative Minds, Healthy Lives, focussing on practical tools to support mental health and wellbeing in creative and community settings.
Key themes will include creative burnout, stress management, resilience, community care and understanding mental health in everyday life.
Pop by the Distracted booth for creative activities throughout the afternoon and explore a variety of support services at information stalls including: Services Australia, Wellways, Recovered Futures, Kookaburra Kids, Centre Against Sexual Violence, Eating Disorders Qld and Look Who's Talking.
Guests are welcome to attend the full symposium or drop in at any time to explore the workshops or stalls.
