unleaSHEd is a series of free, inclusive community events dedicated to empowering women’s mental health and wellbeing. By providing safe spaces for women to share their lived experiences, connect with others, and access local support services, unleaSHEd helps women build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.

Building on the message of our current show, 'SHE', these events aim to strengthen women’s voices and foster genuine connections that can positively impact their mental health or help them help those around them.
